By accessing or using any products or services provided by Pat Press ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Pat Press operates digital products and services, including but not limited to FunPlay, a meme-powered messaging entertainment service. Our services may include web applications, mobile messaging (SMS/MMS), and related digital experiences.

3. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

Certain Pat Press services, including FunPlay, use SMS and MMS messaging to deliver content to your mobile device. By opting in to receive messages from any Pat Press service, you agree to the following:

  • Consent: By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Pat Press related to the service you signed up for. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies by service. For FunPlay, you may receive up to 15 messages per session after opting in to a journey. You will not receive messages outside of active sessions unless you initiate a new one.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
  • Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@patpress.com.
  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Pat Press is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
  • Carriers: Services are available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
  • Provide false or misleading information when signing up for services

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided through Pat Press services are owned by or licensed to Pat Press. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pat Press does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pat Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to carrier charges for SMS/MMS messages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
